I guided the content strategy and writing efforts for the refreshed Trinity Solar website in 2024. The primary CTA across the website is for visitors to schedule a free in-home consultation with a Solar Expert. Getting people to sit for a consultation is the #1 goal of the website, and the hero of that effort is the lead gen form. But the old lead gen form was unclear—the headline and button text didn't provide a sense of what people were signing up for.
I updated the header to plainly state the purpose of the form, and revised the screens that follow to provide clear, reassuring guidance. Here are some sample screens from the old and new lead gen forms:
