I've written scripts for promotional and instructional videos for a number of industries including renewable energy, cleaning services, and healthcare. In addition to writing the voiceover text, I also do the content design for on-screen text.
Two Bettys Green Cleaning offers both residential and commercial cleaning services. During the pandemic, they wanted to create a video to help their commercial clients safely reopen.
To write the script for this video, I interviewed the head of Two Bettys to gather the essential talking points. In addition to conveying key concepts about sanitization, the script also needed to use the signature Two Bettys voice: fun, friendly and down-to-earth.
Trinity Solar provides solar and roofing solutions in New Jersey and surrounding states. As part of a web content refresh that I led in 2024, they needed a couple of short intro videos. Where the old website and videos felt internally focused, these new ones needed to connect with the needs and concerns of people shopping for solar.
I wrote the video script, and helped steer the visual designer toward images of people, versus the more sterile, technical visuals used in the past.
